Union liyu yetrse hkmna as its name indicates it is the combination of words that comes from two different languages. Since union comes from English word and liyu yeteres hkmna comes  from Amharic language . But this advertisement have its out drawback .Since the serves is given to Tigray people the name of the clinic  is not familiar with the society.

In addition to this  it has negative influence on the development of Tigrigna language .If we use the Amharic and English language reputedly ,the equivalent Tigrigna words extinct .That means the Tigrigna language loose it words. As such advertisement increase . I n addition to the society expect that Tigrigna language is capable of expressing the feeling fully. This affects indirectly the literature of Tigrigna language .

Not only in the development of the Tigrigna language ,but also it has negative effect in the development  of the clinic .Because some society are uneducated , they have no enough knowledge about the clinic. This leads to decrease of customers. Tigrigna speakers are tend to believe that as Tigrigna could not able  to explain anything fully and this leads to loose their tendency to speak Tigrigna language.

In addition to this the illiteracy societies which uses Tigrigna language . They could not use the chance due to  the lack of meaning and clear nomination .Due to this  most of the users of Tigrigna language develop their knowledge  only in English and Amharic. That why the institution or clinic in now giving un fair service to the societies .
